Well, have I got happy news! My best buddy Diane called me yesterday and asked if she could pop over for coffee. I was very excited because I don't get to see her as often as I'd like to. Diane was just in the front door and hadn't even taken off her jacket yet when she said she had something important to tell me.
I stopped dead in my tracks and asked, "Are you pregnant or engaged?"
ENGAGED!!!!!!!!
Yippee!!!! Diane and Mark are getting married!!!!
Plans are still tentative; Diane doesn't want anything over the top...or anywhere even near the top, for that matter! She just wants a simple party of family and close friends. I can't wait!!!!
