Early start...

Good morning, dear readers. It's 7:09 am on Saturday, February 2, 2008. I am awake and in a car dealership getting an oil change. It always sounds like a good idea to make a 7 am appointment until the morning of the appointment rolls around and I find myself awake at 5:30 am to get ready for the day.

I am not one of those slobs who rolls out of bed and drives to the service center. I cannot be that person. I have makeup on and am wearing nice clothes and jewelery. I am, however, surrounded by people who look like they just rolled out of bed. And between you and me, they should have woken up earlier and put in a little effort.

I also find myself the youngest person here (that doesn't happen much anymore!) and have gotten some odd looks about the fact that I am on the complimentary computer here in the waiting area.

By the way, I want a Saturn Sky. Can anyone front me $30,000? I'm good for it; I promise.

Good for you for making the effort! I agree, people are such pigs. When we went to Scot's work party, we were some of the younger ones there, and it felt great. I don't find that much anymore either.
