I had a nightmare of sorts about my bridesmaid dress for Sammi's wedding this August. Our dresses are a knee-length, dusty and muted shade of orange. They have an empire waist and are very cleavage friendly. In short, they're gorgeous.
I dreamt my dress came in really late and when I went to be fitted I discovered they ordered the wrong dress for me. The dress I was handed was electric blue with a magenta stripe down the front. The saleswoman kept trying to tell me it would be alright to wear it; that no one would notice.
On a different note - also related to clothing - I had to go to the mall today. Something I dread. I don't dread shopping; I dread the crowds of stupid people that fill the malls on the weekend. Anyway, Mom and I went to Morrestown and Cherry Hill to find a cool suit jacket for moi. What a fiasco! Everything that I thought was half-way decent was over $150 and everything else looked like it was made by Frumps-R-Us. Believe it or not, I found the coolest three-quarter length sleeve suit jacket in JCPenney of all places. And, it was extremely reasonable. By the time we navigated our way out of the mall, I felt as though my gray hair had doubled.
Now, I am watching shows about Jesus' time on the Discovery Channel and waiting for Easter. I'm looking forward to seeing my brother most of all. I haven't seen him for almost a month and I miss him.
By the way, I hope Liz knows Blogger Challenge began today!!!!
