Mr. Cellophane

It is no secret that I am a massive fan of musical theatre. Call me crazy, but there is something so pure about a stage production that I cannot resist. I have also fallen victim to the film versions of these stage productions only to get my fix between actually being able to go and see shows. Enter Chicago.

The film version of Chicago is decent. It neither offended, nor pleased me greatly until I saw John C. Reilly sing "Mr. Cellophane." First of all, I have an odd celebrity crush on this man. And when I realized that he could sing...really sing...well, he stopped me in my tracks.

This is a super sad song about being invisible in every aspect of one's life...take a look if you wish.

And while I'm YouTubing Chicago, can I please let you know that this song, "When You're Good To Momma", is the song I super-dooper wanted to sing on my birthday extravaganza night, but they didn't have it. I will, however, take personal requests.
