There is nothing worse than when a brain dead celebrity-type tries to express commentary on a social or political situation.
Enter Sharon Stone who recently wondered aloud at the Cannes Film Festival whether the recent earthquake on China was brought on by bad karma due to China's treatment of Tibet.
It's not even her statement so much that makes me cringe...as someone who's been a Public Relations representative for a corporation it's the sheer fact she said it that kills me. How could anyone think that would sound okay?
Sharon, leave the statements to your publicist in the future. Concentrate on what you do well...go take off your knickers and cross your legs.

Uh... she doesn't even do THAT well anymore. There was just a picture going around of her getting off a boat at Cannes, and she had gone commando under her skirt. I'm not sure what she had going on under there but it didn't look like anything "Basic".

I think it's funny that China is going to boycott all her new films. It's like "what films"?
