The Croatian Sensation

Not too long ago I posted a blog that referenced "Vlad", the lazy grounds keeper that is employed by my apartment complex. Vlad is a middle-aged Croatian guy who drives around in a golf cart staring at women, watches TV in the exercise rooms, and never cleans up the stuff a grounds keeper should.

I just found out the other day that Vlad won $500,000 in the New Jersey Pick 5 lottery.

I do not begrudge the creepy Croatian his winnings, however I chalk this up to the odd phenomenon of lazy people having better financial karma than hard-working ones.
